Rental Minimum
Rental Minimum – There is no minimum rental amount at this time. Rental rates are listed for one day usage, but longer rental times may be available. Props may be picked up the day before after 4:00 p.m. and dropped off the day after your contract for no additional charge. Late fees will be applied for props not returned by the previously agreed upon dates included on the rental agreement.
Pick-up
Pick-up – Proper accommodations should be made to safely transport your rental items. It is our sole discretion to withhold rental items if the transportation does not seem secure or if there is a high risk of damage.
We are glad to assist with loading and unloading items at the scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. Items become the responsibility of the renter from the time the items are loaded to the time the items are returned.
Pickup is available Sunday through Friday during normal business hours. Please see our website for store hours.
Delivery
Delivery ? At this time we do not offer delivery and setup of rental items.
Damage
Damage ? Rented items are expected to be returned in the same condition they were received. We take pictures of all items before they are removed from ZABS Place and we refer to those photos when the items are returned to verify condition. Customers are responsible for any property that is lost or damaged during the rental period. Repairable damage will be charged a fee directly correlating to the cost of repair. The maximum charge for a damaged item is the replacement fee listed on the rental agreement.
Charges associated with repairs or replacement will be invoiced to the person or organization on the rental contract. Please note that some items are not permitted for outdoor use
during inclement weather. Arrangements must be made to move props indoor. Refunds
are not provided due to weather.
Damaged items must be reported?prior?to your event or the items are considered received in good condition.
Deposits
Deposits ? A security and damage deposit equal to $100 or 25% of your order for orders of $200 or more is required. Upon safe return and thorough inspection of your order, this deposit is fully refunded.
Payment
Payment – A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve rental orders. The remaining 50% is due when order is picked up. Payment for all rentals is due when order is picked up.

Cancellations on the day props are to be picked up will be charged the full rental fee
